Per @MatissJanis's suggestion in #8063 — rather than a first-party option, this adds Hostim to the community "Additional Installation Options" list, alongside the other self-hosted/community guides.

Hostim hosts a one-click Actual deployment guide: https://hostim.dev/docs/templates/actual
