Description

The condition required more than one SimpleFin account before running batch sync, causing a single SimpleFin account to be skipped entirely.

Testing

I used actual-helpers/sync-banks.js on an account that only had one Simplefin account behind it. You might be able to use the actual cli: "cli.js server bank-sync --account 1234"
