Description

Based on the feedback from MatissJanis over in https://github.com/actualbudget/actual/issues/6706#issuecomment-4462677739, I've added a chip to surface the lack of geolocation permissions instead of automatically requesting them.

This should fix the glitch of Safari requesting permissions when the setting is "Ask" every time the user tries to add a transaction.
