Description

Our number of experimental features is growing by the release and I've been meaning to phase out rule action templating in favour of formulae for a while. Ideally, I'd like a migrator of some sort, but until we work out the phasing out process, if we have one at all, getting people to move themselves off and give them some warning is nice. We'll also want to call this out in the release notes.
