[Bug]: Mobile payee add box doesn't size to fit text #1213

What happened?

When adding a payee on mobile through the new transaction screen, the "Create Payee" button doesn't change size when text is added that wraps. Eventually, the text will overflow the button and no longer be visible. The button should probably either grow in size with the text so that all the text is visible, or the text could truncate gracefully with ellipsis.
