Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

What happened?
I was making a new custom report and the total for Transfers shows on all of the graphs and data table. On the left side in checkboxes, you can toggle "Starting Balance" and "Starting Balances" and if one is unchecked Transfers go away. On the Data Graph, Transfers show as Uncategorized & Off budget. Not sure if it's intended or I am misunderstanding how it works.
How can we reproduce the issue?
Go to make custom reports, and if you have an account that is off budget which reports only the balance and no transactions, typical for mortgage or investment accounts, it will show as "Transfers" and the checkboxes will indicate Starting Balance / Starting Balances. Again, not sure if it's intended to be this way, but both checkboxes have to be on to show "Transfers". Filter on screenshot is set to This Month but it also does it for other time ranges

There is a filter to remove "Transfers".
After clicking that, you can choose "is false"
I believe this will solve your problem. Below are before and after pictures with this filter.

You can turn off uncategorized transactions in the options of the report.
