Pitch: what problem are you trying to solve?

We've been using snowmint.cs's great Budget application (https://www.snowmintcs.com/products/budgetmac/) for twenty years. It's also an envelope-based budgeting program, so seems a natural fit for a migration source.

Describe your ideal solution to this problem

It would be great if Actual Budget could directly import Budget databases, ideally as an initial set up step, to establish the envelope organization and transfer all of the accounts and transactions.

Teaching and learning

Just as you advertise support for importing YNAB documents, Budget document import could be advertised alongside.
