It's still the same size on Sequoia 15.7.2. Even the icon size from the installer is too large.

Thanks for testing.

I'm out of ideas to be honest. They changed the rules for icons with Tahoe - basically said you should use all the space and the OS will apply the sizing/rounding etc appropriately.

The reason we updated was it wasn't rendering properly on Tahoe. If we reduce the size I think it'll revert and look too small on Tahoe.

I've read that it's only possible if you create a second separate .icns file for the versions, because Sequoia still uses the older rule, which always has a padding.

Another option is to create a file with a small padding, but then it might look slightly different on Tahoe. Unfortunately, I didn't quite understand that, but as far as I know, it's not the better of the two options.
