What happened?

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Hover over the To Budget amount in budget page
  2. The tooltip instantly shows

I remember there used to be a delay before the tooltip shows up or that it only shows when the budget summary is collapsed. Now, it shows up instantly when hovered which just shows duplicated information.

Where are you hosting Actual?

Fly.io

What browsers are you seeing the problem on?

Chrome, Other
