Found via https://github.com/actualbudget/actual/issues/7692#issuecomment-4601162705
The automation UI was stuck in an infinite re-render loop because react compiler memoisations it relied on were not being applied.

Essentially, the regex came out as something like ^D:/a/.../packages/desktop-client/src/.*\.[jt]sx$ on a windows runner which is a bit too brittle when used with rolldown which appears to lowercase the drive letter when it checks for files. I've chosen to simplify it down and drop the anchors and the need for the first half of the path.

Testing

Spun up on a windows VM and validated that the fix worked
Also tested on MacOS to make sure that was still working
Was not able to test Linux
