Description

Turning off the shared worker for IOS. IOS has functionality that aggressively suspends background tabs, which we've worked around in the past with polling/re-electing leader tabs, but I think it makes more sense to just turn off.

This should hopefully fix the OIDC issue that only affects IOS devices.
