Pitch: what problem are you trying to solve?

It would be nice to be able to see all transactions of a specified payee, or payees, when looking at the payee list. That would help with clearing out old or unnecessary payees.

Describe your ideal solution to this problem

Now that we have the ability to pass in filters to the all accounts ledger this should be pretty easy to add a button that creates a filter and opens the all accounts view filtering by payee.
