Description

CI browser E2E and VRT jobs currently start the full Vite dev server on every shard. That is slow and resource-heavy, which limits how aggressively we can parallelize tests.

Also updating a lot of different flaky selectors to improve the stability.

Hopefully this will make the e2e test CI jobs a little bit quicker.
