Pitch: what problem are you trying to solve?

While trying to write my first feature I couldn't easily find where to submit my idea. It would be nice if the web interface had a simple URL button link.

Describe your ideal solution to this problem

As stated, should be a simple button to this feature/bug reporting location. It should be visible on every page, so I was thinking the bottom of the left panel.

Teaching and learning

Should be easily visible if you're looking on any page.

I don't even know that documentation is needed for this.
