Graphs/Reports: Show how much was budgeted for a category each month

Hello,
I would like to see how much money I have budgeted for a category in the graph section. I have a saving category where I basically never deduct money from, but rather transfer it to other categories and then use the money.

For instance I put in $200 in february and $300 in march and now got a total of $500 in that savings category. To know how much I really was able to save each month I need to open the budget screen and check each month. I'd like to see that in the graphs instead. I do not see a filter that let's me see that. The category filter only considers real transactions and not budgeting itself.

I figured that this is a rather easy change and possibly a good first issue for newcomers. I'am not a js/ts dev myself and would consider implementing only, if no one picked this up in a few weeks time. Thanks
