Pitch: what problem are you trying to solve?

When writing tags by hand, it feels frustrating to not see what tags already exist, and I'm always scared to type the tag I want slightly differently than the existing one.

Describe your ideal solution to this problem

I would love to have a tag suggestion menu appear when typing # in a note and when continuing to type the tag name, narroing down suggestions to match what we type. This sort of dropdown adapts to what you are typing to show you all corresponding thats exist already.
This feature exist in Obsidian or VSCode for example.

Teaching and learning

Simply add a section to the tag documentation page, and the menu appearing when we type # in a note would make it hard to miss anyways.
