What happened?

User is logged in to budget UI from desktop web browser. If user clicks on sign out menu entry previously browser returned to actual budget server login screen. However, with the latest 26.04 release you'll no longer see the login form (just the background with no login form).

How can we reproduce the issue?

Requirement: Actual Budget server, Firefox 149.0 Desktop Web-UI
Steps: Login to actual budget server, open a budget file, logout of budget UI.
Expected behavior: Redirect to /bootstrap endpoint will redirect to /login endpoint and login form will be shown
Current behavior: /bootstrap will loaded but no forwarding to /login page so login form will not be shown. User needs to actively reload the /bootstrap webpage to be forwarded to /login to see the login form.
