- Remove deprecated AssignApp configuration (use modern NBGrader APIs) - Remove invalid configuration options that generate warnings - Fix Exchange configuration (use CourseDirectory.course_id) - Simplify config to essential settings for educational workflows - Tested: generate, release, and validate functionality all working correctly
