Adds three actively-maintained, widely-used awesome lists that fill gaps in the collection:

Cloud Security — https://github.com/4ndersonLin/awesome-cloud-security
Security Hardening — https://github.com/decalage2/awesome-security-hardening
WAF — https://github.com/0xInfection/Awesome-WAF

Each is a curated awesome list relevant to the collection's scope and not already present. All three are inserted in alphabetical order within the "Awesome Repositories" section, per the contribution guidelines.
