Continue to implement #2698: - Add `core/base-service/index.js` (but hold off on moving the things it imports) - Add shortcuts in `services/index.js` for Base*Service, errors, and deprecatedService. This file will be streamlined later to avoid cluttering it with rarely used bits. - Apply consistent ordering of imports and use of `module.exports` in testers. - Remove some renaming of imports. - Remove obsolete tests here and there.	2019-01-21 15:41:24 -05:00

Dean DavidsonandPaul Melnikow	b0fbe5f76f	Refactor [AzureDevOpsCoverage AzureDevOpsTests] to only report on completed builds; test all [azuredevops] (#2549) ... This is in response to [this conversation](https://github.com/badges/shields/issues/2237#issuecomment-446812796). The change turned out being even easier than I had anticipated because the [API supports a buildStatus filter](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/rest/api/azure/devops/build/builds/list?view=azure-devops-rest-5.0#buildstatus). I did quite a bit of local testing to make sure this is solid. I also ran tests and checked coverage.	2018-12-17 23:12:52 -05:00
