This will definitely save time, and ensure more uniformity.
It moves the `createServiceTester()` calls to a different place from where I'd like them, though I'm happy to have them checked by the linter.

Remove unused TokenProvider code ( #2844 )

The TokenProvider abstraction was refactored away during #1205 and is now obsolete. Other users of token pooling should use TokenPool and TokenPersistence directly.
