Tom Krizek cd6c9590f1 Remove obsolete ckdnsrps.sh script ...

As dnsrps and native test cases have been properly split up, the
ckdnsrps.sh script is no longer used anywhere, as the logic for
selecting these test cases is handled by pytest.
