Ondřej Surý 8715be1e4b Use UV_RUNTIME_CHECK() as appropriate 
Replace the RUNTIME_CHECK() calls for libuv API calls with
UV_RUNTIME_CHECK() to get more detailed error message when
something fails and should not.
