307ba34fa0 1128. [func] sdb drivers can now provide RR data in either text 
or wire format, the latter using the new functions

It was the last thing being sanitized out of releases; removing
it makes it possible to eliminate the sanitation process.

(Technically, this is an API change, but since it only changes the signedness of some
