92c9e7c045 clean up test output 
- removed a few remaing places where output wasn't being passed
  through echo_i or cat_i
- added a "digcomp" function to conf.sh.in to send digcomp.pl output
  through cat_i and return the correct exit value
- set SYSTESTDIR when calling echo_i from nsX directories, so that
  the test name will always be printed correctly
- fixed a test name typo in conf.sh.in

3fb5bccf59 3205. [func] Upgrade dig's defaults to better reflect modern 
nameserver behaviour.  Enable "dig +adflag" and
                        "dig +edns=0" by default.  Enable "+dnssec" when

40f53fa8d9 Trailing whitespace trimmed. Perhaps running "perl util/spacewhack.pl in your 
own CVS tree will help minimize CVS conflicts.  Maybe not.

45f0cd2b4b use full dig output; let digcomp sort it all out. in particular, digcomp 
really wants to get the server status.
