that validated insecure without using DLV and had

dnssec and dlv tests included master zones whose master files were missing.
...
this was a bug that hadn't been noticed before, but 19447 added a test for
that condition and it caused test failures.

2904. [bug] When using DLV, sub-zones of the zones in the DLV,
...
could be incorrectly marked as insecure instead of
secure leading to negative proofs failing. This was
a unintended outcome from change 2890. [RT# 21392]
