60814deed8 [v9_9] make uninstall 
4503.	[cleanup]	"make uninstall" now removes file installed by
			BIND. (This currently excludes Python files
			due to lack of support in setup.py.) [RT #42912]

1d47cb124d [v9_9] refactor max-recursion-queries 
- the counters weren't set correctly when fetches timed out.
  instead we now pass down a counter object.
