28fc90e6c8 #857 was incomplete, ISC_MAGIC was not being used everwhere it should have been. 
'magic' was not being declared consistantly.
some #include <isc/magic.h> were missing from other include files.
NS_SERVER_VALID was not using ISC_MAGIC_VALID.

4441bfbd6b More dst updates: 
- dst_lib_init()/dst_lib_destroy() allow dst to use a predefined
	  mctx and free all resources on exit.
	- dst_key_tofile() & dst_key/fromfile() take a directory parameter.
	- dst_key_parsefile() removed, replaced by dst_key_fromnamedfile()
	- more bug fixes and memory leak fixes

25811a89c6 Added dst_digest (a wrapper around digest functions), and dst_s_md5 (an 
internal wrapper around MD5).  Modified hmac-md5 code to use dst_s_md5.
