bd36d3014e NetBSD now always uses the mit-pthreads/unproven-pthreads 
library if it is available; therefore the --with-mit-pthreads
option is no longer needed.  The --with-ptl2 option is now documented
as being experimental and applying to NetBSD only.

8adf1b9e74 Checkpoint ratelimiting refresh queries and notifies. 
170.   [cleanup]       Remove inter server consistancy checks from zone,
                        these should return as a seperate module in 9.1.
                        dns_zone_checkservers(), dns_zone_checkparents(),
                        dns_zone_checkchildren(), dns_zone_checkglue().

                        Remove dns_zone_setadb(), dns_zone_setresolver(),
                        dns_zone_setrequestmgr() these should now be found
                        via the view.

ff8d15be4e Fixed 3 bugs in keygen, 
it overwrote old keys if new key key-id conflicted
	It was generating non null-keys with id==0
	It was not able to generate DSA null keys.
I changed size of maximum RSA key to 2048.

5159c42783 153. [func] dns_rdata_tostruct() 'mxtc' is now optional. If 'mctx' 
is NULL then you need to preserve the 'rdata' until
                      you have finished using the structure as there may be
                      references to the associated memory.  If 'mctx' is non
                      NULL it is guarenteed that there are no references to
                      to memory addsociated with 'rdata'.

                      dns_rdata_freestruct() must be called if 'mctx' was
                      non NULL and may safely be called if 'mctx' was NULL.

Finish implementing 153 for IN specific types.
naptr_35.h some of the lengths should be 8 bits.

e2cf9c2db3 support 'disabled' statement in zone config (causes 
zone to be parsed and then ignored). Currently must
come after the 'type' clause.

support optional ports in masters and also-notify
statements:

	masters [ port xxx ] { y.y.y.y [ port zzz ] ; }

removed some unused arguments.

stop issuing some warnings about some features that
were not implemented, but now are.

9bb05852fe 146. [cleanup] More general redundant header file cleanup. Rather 
than continuing to itemize every header which changed,
                        this changelog entry just notes that if a header file
                        did not need another header file that it was including
                        in order to provide its advertized functionality, the
                        inclusion of the other header file was removed.  See
                        util/check-includes for how this was tested.
