3205. [func] Upgrade dig's defaults to better reflect modern

Browse Source 
nameserver behaviour.  Enable "dig +adflag" and
                        "dig +edns=0" by default.  Enable "+dnssec" when
                        running "dig +trace". [RT #23497]
